Snuggle House Foundation seeks to change the state of maternal and infant wellbeing for black and brown communities. By providing doula and midwifery services, prenatal wellness, and education resources for families, we support birthing individuals and families during the most precious moments of their lives!
Midwifery Services
Snuggle House Midwifery Clinic provides compassionate, personalized care to support individuals and families through every stage of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Our team members are dedicated to offering evidence-based services in a warm and nurturing environment, emphasizing holistic wellness and informed choice. From prenatal care to postpartum recovery and lactation guidance, we prioritize the physical, emotional, and cultural needs of each client. At Snuggle House, we aim to empower families with the knowledge and care needed for a safe and fulfilling birthing experience.
Doula Services
Our doula services are designed to provide unwavering support, care, and guidance throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. Our experienced doulas work alongside your medical team and loved ones to honor your unique needs and preferences, offering emotional reassurance, physical comfort, and evidence-based information. Whether you're planning a hospital delivery, home birth, or other birthing experience, we are committed to empowering you and your family every step of the way.
Wellness Services
We recognize that perinatal wellness extends beyond traditional clinical care. Our comprehensive wellness services—including yoga & meditation,, massage, and Lactation Support, & Craniosacral Therapy (CST)—are designed to support your holistic health during pregnancy and postpartum. We are committed to making these services accessible and affordable, offering free or donation-based options for individuals with state insurance, and sliding scale payments for those with private insurance. Our goal is to nurture your well-being and strengthen family connections throughout this transformative journey.

Why it Matters?
The maternal mortality rate for black women in the U.S was 3 times higher than that of white women in 2020 according to the CDC. This is a direct cause of systemic racism! There is a NEED for safe spaces for Black & Indigenous birthing families. Snuggle House Foundation is the pillar of change to provide that safe spaces.
